We are currently working with the City to create and approve a fully integrated contract. Memorandum’s of Agreement (MOA) are used to update or change the language in the original Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). You will need to cross reference the MOA’s with the CBA in order to have the most up-to-date language around a topic. We will update this page as soon as we have an integrated CBA. We also think the current set-up is terrible and not easily utilized! Please reach out to your representative or the general email with any questions.
